The three doors
-
Look Open the sample association. Click every job as the board, then as a resident. No signup, nothing is stored.
-
Play An editable copy of the sample, with an email to start, a visible reset timer, and nothing in it that belongs to a real association.
-
Try — 30 days, no card Your own association, every job on, for thirty days, with no card. Done means the balances tie.
At day 30
-
Pick the one Core plan, or don't.
$49 a month month-to-month, or $39 a month billed yearly, flat to 50 doors. Adding doors is never blocked — the charge follows the count on file.
-
Not ready? The books go read-only.
When a try ends without a paid plan, you can still read and export for 180 days. Export is always free. Resident pay stays off until a paid plan starts.
-
No sales call in the way.
A person can help if you ask. Nobody has to approve you looking at the sample.
Plain answers
Can I start today?
Yes. Open the sample with no signup. Look, Play, then Try — thirty days on your own books, no card.
Do you ask for a card for the trial?
No. The sample and the thirty-day try do not ask for a card.
What counts as the trial working?
Your opening balances tie to the total your board expects. Until they tie, residents are not invited to pay.
Can we leave later?
Yes. Export stays free, including after you cancel. Your association's data stays yours.
Look at the sample, or start your association.
Open the sample and walk the six jobs. Then bring your own books in.
We do not manage your association, keep its books as a service, or give legal or accounting advice. The board still decides.
